RII2070 Certificate II in Civil Construction

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in an operational role in civil
construction, who undertake a prescribed range of tasks using limited practical skills and
fundamental knowledge, in a defined context working under supervision.

Duration

The course duration is 10 – 12 weeks

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, participants should have:

  • Basic English literacy and numeracy skills
  • Physical ability to complete practical tasks in a simulated or real workplace environment
Delivery Mode

This course will be delivered:

  • Face to Face – in classrom or onsite
  • Workplace Training – if employed in the industry
Course Structure

To complete this qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 16 units of competency, made up of:

10 core units
6 elective units
