Who can train with SJT Training?

Anyone looking to gain practical skills in civil construction, plant and machinery operations, or safety qualifications. We welcome learners of all experience levels.

Do I need prior experience before enrolling?

Not necessarily. Many of our courses are designed to take beginners all the way to job-ready. If you have no prior experience, you may need additional training hours to cover the basics, but our trainers will guide you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence needed for the workplace.

How long do the courses take?

Course durations vary depending on the qualification or unit. Each course page includes the expected training hours.

Can you train on our worksite?

Absolutely. We can deliver training at your workplace, your site, or at our facilities, depending on the course and equipment required.

Will I get a certificate when I finish?

Yes! You’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification or statement of attainment once you successfully complete your training.

What should I bring to my training?

Wear sturdy work boots, comfortable clothing suitable for a construction site, and any PPE required. We’ll provide the rest.
